Are you a medical student or pre-medical student looking to enhance your orthopaedic surgery experience? The University of Pittsburgh-UPMC Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is now accepting applications for a one-year, clinical research fellowship starting July 2025!
This fellowship provides:
- Collaboration on diverse orthopaedic projects in foot and ankle, sports medicine, and traumatology
- Mentorship from Chief, UPMC Orthopaedic Service Line MaCalus V. Hogan, MD, MBA
- Hands-on clinical experience
- Opportunities to work with the new Bethel Musculoskeletal Research Center (also now taking applications for a Research Fellowship - more details here!)
- Opportunities to publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at national conferences
- Access to education conferences, cadaver labs, and Grand Rounds

Medical students (M3-M4)
