U.S. Representative Keith Rothfus visited Dr. Kurt Weiss and the Cancer/Stem Cell Lab on August 22, 2016. The Congressman’s visit included research presentations and a facility tour.
Dr. Weiss met Congressman Rothfus at an AAOS Mentoring Program. Not only is he Dr. Weiss’s congressman, he is also a fellow cancer survivor.
Congressman Rothfus represents western Pennsylvania in the US House of Representatives.
Dr. Weiss is an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, Division of Musculoskeletal Oncology, and Director of the Cancer/Stem Cell Lab.
